CRITICAL OPERATIONAL NOTES

To ensure the longevity of your BCE heater and the safety of your facility, keep these operational requirements in mind:

  1. Insulation Check: Always ensure terminals have at least 2M - Ohm to the casing before energizing. If the unit falls below this, a "bake out" is required.
  2. No Dry Firing: DO NOT energize the unit without active flow. This heater is designed for moving media; stagnant air or liquid can lead to rapid overheating.
