DESIGNING
Provide BCE with any CAD STP or Solidworks file and/or let us design it for you! BCE's expert team of engineers can provide you with custom models and drawings for any application based on sound engineering concepts and analysis. Moreover, thermal modeling, FEA analysis, Life Cycle testing, Design of Experiment and other validation methods are performed in atmosphere and vacuum to ensure your product meets all requirements.
LEAN MANUFACTURING
Using CAD drawings and models, BCE will manufacture the most complex assemblies using the latest in fabrication technologies providing a quick turn-around and low cost. Whether it be machined parts, laser welding/drilling or ceramic metallization, BCE can do it all!

MACHINING CAPABILITIES
BCE has extensive in-house machining capabilities providing a competitive advantage with customized products and quick prototype turnaround. BCE produces machined components for their specialized cartridge heaters, vacuum feedthroughs, and custom thermal assemblies. See the accompanying video for further details.
TESTING
Trust BCE to perform vacuum leak checks and pressure tests on all designed feedthroughs as well as apply stringent quality control processes on all products and parts. Testing also includes electrical testing of heaters, such as the Hipot, Megaohm and Resistance checks. Furthermore, all materials are tested for fatigue, tensile/compression stress, flexural bends and torsion depending on application.
